Cheesy Polenta(Cornmeal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    5 c. water
    2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 1/3 c. half and half
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan or Locatelli Romano cheese (divided)
    1 tsp. salt
    8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese (divided)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. In a large saucepan, saute onions in butter.
    Add water, bring to boil.
    Gradually add cornmeal, stirring constantly.
    Add half and half, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and salt.
    Spread half of cornmeal mixture into pan.
    Sprinkle with more cheese and 1/3 of the Mozzarella.
    Spread rest of cornmeal on top and sprinkle with remaining two cheeses.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Cut into squares.
