Country Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    3 Tbsp. bacon drippings or vegetable oil
    4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
    celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry sliced potatoes, carrots, celery and onions in bacon drippings or oil over low heat in heavy skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. When carrots and potatoes are tender, place sausage on top. Cover and heat about 12 minutes. Makes a hearty meal for 4.
