Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 c. sugar
1 stick oleo
1 c. Pet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
2 unbaked pie crusts

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except crusts, in a large mixing bowl.
Beat until all lumps are out of the potatoes.
Pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until done.
