Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. broken pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except nuts.
    Pour mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle nuts on top or put in mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
