Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar, salt, nutmeg and vanilla.
Beat at low speed until sugar and eggs are dissolved.
Eggs will be lemon color. Continue mix.
Add milk that has been scalded or heated.
Pour into unbaked pie shell; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
