Parmesan Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1/4 c. dry vermouth
Preparation
    Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts.
    Dredge in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, pat in the cheese into the flesh and lightly dredge in flour.
    In a nonstick skillet, heat the butter until the foam begins to subside.
    Saute the breasts over medium-high heat, until it is golden on each side.
    Transfer to a baking dish, pour the vermouth over it and sprinkle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of Parmesan.
    Bake, covered loosely, in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Serve with a green vegetable or salad. Serves 2.
