Corn Bread Loaf Or Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole corn meal
    2/3 c. whole wheat flour or pulverized oats (in blender)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. sesame seed (optional)
    1 2/3 c. nonfat yogurt
    1/4 c. canola oil
    3 egg whites
    1/4 c. honey
    1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Blend wet ingredients.
    Stir wet with dry just until blended.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 12 to 15 minutes .
    Watch carefully and test with a toothpick for doneness.
