Chick And Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    3 c. crushed potato chips
    10 to 12 chicken legs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease dish.
    Mix evaporated milk and poultry seasoning in deep plate.
    Spread crushed chips on another deep plate.
    Dip each chicken piece first in milk mixture, then in chips.
    Place in baking dish.
    Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until meat is tender.
