Broccoli Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. rice (about 3 c. cooked)
    1 medium size onion
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 to 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Prepare broccoli according to package instructions and cook rice.
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Combine broccoli, rice and onion with one can of soup and half of the grated cheese.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Place in greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 long enough to melt cheese, 5 to 20 minutes.
