Hummus Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can chickpeas (undrained)
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. tahini paste
    1 clove garlic
    dash of Tabasco
    1 pkg. pita bread, toasted and cut into wedges
    tomato slices (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender just until blended.
    Do not puree.
    Place in serving platter.
    Surround with pita wedges and serve.
    Top with sliced tomatoes, if desired.
