Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. olive oil or butter
    2 large eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, divided
    1 c. Ricotta
    1 c. spaghetti sauce (you may want more)
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Toss spaghetti with butter or oil.
    Combine with eggs, 1/2 cup Parmesan and 3/4 cup Mozzarella.
    Put in pie plate; press lightly into place.
    Spread with Ricotta; top with sauce (you can add some cooked turkey Italian sausage to sauce).
    Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
    Top with remaining Mozzarella and bake 5 minutes more, until melted.
    Top with 1/4 cup Parmesan.
    Cool 10 minutes and serve.
