Vegetable Salad #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can green beans (cut or whole)
    1 can lima beans
    1 can sugar peas
    1 bunch celery
    1 green pepper
    2 medium size onions
    1 c. Mazola oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    garlic and salt to taste
    grated carrot (optional for color)
Preparation
    Dice or slice celery, onion and pepper.
    Place in layers in mixing bowl.
    Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.
    Mix sugar, vinegar and oil together.
    Pour over vegetables and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Stir gently the next morning. This will keep several weeks in refrigerator.
