Toasted Almond Turkey Cutlets(Yields 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (3 oz.) turkey cutlets
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 oz. sliced almonds
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. low-sodium chicken broth
Preparation
    On waxed paper, sprinkle both sides of each cutlet with cheese and pepper.
    In large nonstick skillet, heat 1 teaspoon oil. Add turkey.
    Cook over medium-high heat, 4 to 6 minutes per side, until cooked through.
    Transfer to platter and keep warm.
