Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 beaten eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 stick melted butter or margarine
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. ground coconut
    2 unbaked pie crusts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together at once and blend well by hand with a wire whisk.
    Pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts and bake at 375\u00b0 until brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
