Chicken 'N' Hash Brown Bake - cooking recipe

32 oz. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. cooked chicken, diced
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. finely chopped sweet red pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation

Thaw hash browns overnight in refrigerator.
Layer in an ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle hash browns with salt and pepper.
Place chicken and mushrooms over the hash browns. Stir remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
