Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1.5 lb. tenderized round steak
    1 large green pepper or 2 small
    1 medium onion
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Salt and pepper meat.
    Roll in flour and cut up meat in pieces. Brown in electric skillet on 350\u00b0 in small amount of grease.
    Then add the onion and green pepper, water and tomatoes.
    Turn down to simmer until tender for about 2 1/2 hours.
