Sheath Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. shortening
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar together; set aside.
    Bring butter, water, shortening and cocoa to a boil.
    Pour boiled mixture over flour and sugar.
    Mix buttermilk, soda, eggs and vanilla.
    Add to mixture.
    (Cinnamon is optional.)
    Pour into greased and floured 11 x 16-inch pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
