Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 c. milk
    9 large eggs (12 small)
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Mix everything together. Let set, covered, in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour (or until set).
