Micro Caramel-Apple Streusel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/4 c. caramel topping (ice cream)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Arrange slices in shallow micro pan.
Stir together topping, water and lemon juice.
Carefully pour over apples.
In small mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle evenly over apple mixture.
Micro on High for 5 to 7 minutes.
