Spicy Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato paste
    1/2 c. red cooking wine
    1 large can mushrooms
    1 lb. mildly seasoned sausage
    2 onions, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    3 peppercorns
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain off the grease.
    Stir all ingredients together in a large pot.
    Bring sauce to boil, then turn heat to low and let simmer for 2 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Remove bay leaf and peppercorns.
    Serves 8 to 10.
