2 c. finely crushed, creme-filled chocolate cookies (24 cookies)
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine crumbs and margarine (or butter); press firmly on bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
