Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. blueberries
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
1 recipe plain pastry
Preparation

Combine berries, sugar, flour, salt and lemon juice.
Fill pastry lined pie pan.
Dot with butter and adjust top crust.
If desired, can sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top of crust also. Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes; turn oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes longer.
