Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until blended.
Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add about 1/4 of dry mixture at a time to chocolate mixture, mixing after each addition.
Cover and chill dough at least 2 hours. Shape dough into 1 inch balls, roll in powdered sugar and bake on a greased baking sheet at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
