Ranch Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. soft cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
4 to 6 chicken breasts
flour
bread crumbs
1 to 2 eggs

Preparation

Mix sour cream, cream cheese and Ranch mix; set aside. Pound chicken breasts flat. Place 3 to 4 tablespoons of Ranch mixture on 1/2 of chicken, then fold chicken over. Beat eggs, then dip chicken into egg wash. Bread chicken with a mixture of flour and bread crumbs. Seal the edges with toothpicks. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
