Pot Luck Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns (Ore-Ida)
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese (2 c.)
    2 c. crushed corn flakes, mixed with 1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Defrost potatoes.
    Combine in large mixing bowl with 1/2 cup melted butter.
    Add salt, pepper, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cover with corn flake/butter mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
