Pistachio Dessert Or Watergate Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. container Cool Whip type topping
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
    2 (20 oz.) cans natural or unsweetened pineapple chunks (do not drain)
    1 c. unsweetened grated coconut
    1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds
Preparation
    Fold pudding mix (dry) into topping until well blended.
    Stir in rest of ingredients.
    Pour into a 9 x 12-inch glass dish. Chill well.
    Best if made a day before serving.
