Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. crushed ripe bananas
2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening in a bowl.
Add the eggs, bananas, Bisquick and nuts.
Beat until well mixed.
Pour into a well-greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove from pan and cool on rack before slicing.
