Mary'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. grated carrots
    3/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    3/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
Preparation
    In bowl, beat together eggs, sugar and oil.
    In another bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture.
    Stir in vanilla, carrots, nuts, raisins and pineapple.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan about 25 minutes or until cake tests done.
    Frost with cream cheese frosting and enjoy eating.
