Seafood Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 small onions, chopped
    3 green peppers, chopped
    2 cans sliced mushrooms
    2/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen lobster, cooked
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen King crab, cooked
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen shrimp, cooked
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add onions, peppers and mushrooms and cook until limp.
    Remove from heat; blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in milk and cook until thick.
    Add cheese, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add seafood.
    Serve over rice.
