Peach Crumb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
6 peaches
Preparation

Sift flour, cinnamon, brown sugar and salt together.
Cut in butter or margarine until mixture is like coarse meal.
Put the fruit in pie plate and spread the crumb mixture evenly over the top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes and then lower heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream.
