Neiman-Marcus Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crushed pecan pieces
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    14 pieces bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    mayonnaise (small jar)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp and crumble up.
    Mix first 3 ingredients, then add mayonnaise until desired consistency.
    Add bacon pieces, salt and pepper to taste.
    Refrigerate and let set. Mix well.
    Makes a lot.
