Three Cheese Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 dry pasta (macaroni or spirelli)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream of plain yogurt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
    1 can cream of potato soup (or chicken)
    1 lb. spinach fettucine, cooked al dente
    1/2 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1/4 lb. Gorgonzola Blue cheese, crumbled (available in Italian markets and most gourmet grocery stores)
    1/4 c. whipping cream
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation
    While pasta cooks, place milk, butter and crumbled cheese in microwave-safe bowl.
    Heat on Full power until cheese and butter are melted, stirring often.
    Stir in cream and grated cheese and serve over hot pasta.
    Pass additional grated cheese.
