Pumpkin Or Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. mashed pumpkin or sweet potatoes
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients until well blended and add the remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into a greased tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
