Lemon Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 large egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. lemon extract
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter or margarine until fluffy. Add egg yolks, lemon juice and lemon extract until mixture is light. Mix in flour and salt until blended. Form a cylinder 1-inches in diameter. Wrap and chill for several hours or overnight. Slice chilled dough 1/8-inch thick onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
