Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
3 c. sugar
1/2 rounded tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. lemon or vanilla extract
1/2 c. Crisco
5 eggs
3 c. unsifted flour
pinch of salt
Preparation

In
large
bowl, beat margarine, Crisco and sugar thoroughly. Add
eggs,\t1 at a time, beating after each addition. Mix baking powder, salt and flour.
Add extract to milk.
Add milk and flour mixture alternately to egg mixture, ending with milk.
Pour into Bundt pan and place in 350\u00b0 oven.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
