Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion
    2 tsp. garlic
    3 cans tomato sauce
    2 tsp. basil
    1tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    9 lasagna noodles
    1 egg
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    9 slices Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Meat Sauce:
    Brown meat and onion.
    Then mix tomato sauce, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
