Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    2 or 3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. creamed corn
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake in skillet, which has been greased and floured, at 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0.
