Tuna Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    3/4 Tbsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 medium can tuna fish
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan and add bell pepper and cook gently about 3 minutes.
    Stir in flour and milk gradually.
    When smooth add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    Cook slowly until thick, stirring constantly (about 15 minutes).
    Add tuna fish and cook 2 minutes more.
    Serve over buttered toast.
