1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped moist shredded coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
ice cream
Preparation

Combine crumbs, coconut and nuts.
Beat egg whites with salt and vanilla until frothy.
Gradually add sugar and continue beating until egg whites form stiff peaks.
Fold in graham cracker mixture.
Spread in greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Cool.
Serve with ice cream.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
