Grandma'S Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. white sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Boil to soft ball stage.
    Powdered sugar can be added if too thin.
    Stir to cool slightly.
    Spread quickly.
