Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped or ground green hot pepper
    1 1/2 c. chopped sweet green pepper
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    pectin or Certo
Preparation
    Grind pepper with fine blade.
    Mix pepper, sugar and vinegar; bring to boil for 3 minutes.
    Add pectin or Certo and boil 1 1/2 minutes longer.
    Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    May be strained to remove foam; put into sterilized hot jars and seal.
