Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 celery stalk (with leaves)
1 peeled carrot
1 medium onion
2 garlic cloves
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
basil, oregano, salt and pepper
Preparation

Chop celery, carrot and garlic into fine pieces or put in food processor. Saute in olive oil until brown. Add tomatoes with tablespoon sugar, oregano, basil, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 1 hour.
