Oven Omelet Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 doz. eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped green onion (optional) or 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a 13 1/2 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, melt butter; coat bottom and sides.
    In mixing bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt.
    Mix until blended.
    Stir in cheese or onion.
    Pour into dish.
    Bake until eggs are set, but still moist, about 40 minutes.
