Texas Sheet Cake Or Chocolate Cookie Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa or 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. walnuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix flour and sugar. Boil together the margarine, water and cocoa or chocolate. Pour over flour mixture while still hot. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 17 1/2 x 11 x 1-inch cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
