Rotis De Porc A La Boulangere(A La Maison Linda) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) pork loin (center cut, bone in)
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    10 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 c. coarsely chopped onion
    2 tsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    snipped parsley
    1 small steak (per person)
    1 slice Mozzarella cheese
    crab meat (approximately 1/4 c. per steak)
    2 lb. flank steak
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. red wine (I use a cheap hearty Burgundy)
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, diced
    ground pepper
Preparation
    Place steak in marinating dish or other dish which seals well. Combine all other ingredients and pour over steak.
    Seal and refrigerate at least 4 hours (best overnight), turning the meat over about 1/2 way through the marinating time. Broil about 3-inches from heat, basting frequently.
    Depending on the thickness of the meat and how you like meat cooked, it should take about 10 minutes on each side.
    Slice thinly on the diagonal.
