Ortega Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. instant rice, cooked
    1 large carton sour cream
    1 can chopped Ortega chilies
    1 brick Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Layer half of the rice, Ortega chilies, sour cream and cheese, then layer again with the other half.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
