Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. salad oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Stir together first 6 ingredients.
Make a well and add the oil, then brown sugar and egg.
Mix molasses and boiling water and add to batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
