Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brewed coffee
Preparation

Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs; blend well.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with milk and vanilla. Add coffee.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool; frost with favorite icing.
