Fish Fillets On Curried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. rice
    2 fish fillets (haddock, perch, etc.)
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    sliced almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Mix curry powder, onion powder and margarine in skillet.
    Stir in water.
    Cover and heat to boiling.
    Stir in rice; reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Arrange fillets on rice.
    Sprinkle peas around fillets.
    Cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed, 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
    Makes 2 servings.
