Manicotti Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Crepes:
Stir all together until smooth.
Let stand for 1 hour.
Melt a little butter in a 7-inch skillet.
Add crepe batter to just cover bottom of skillet.
Tilt to spread to edges.
Cook until lightly browned and turn.
Store crepes between layers of waxed paper to prevent sticking.
Makes approximately 19 crepes.
